Neomobile won the 2010 “Award for work”

Many employees in Neomobile celebrated the winning of the 2010 “Award of work”, last night during the award ceremony held in Bologna at the Auditorium Manzoni Theater.

The ‘Award for Work’, established by Manpower (the leading company in the recruitment sector) and sponsored by the Italian Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, aims to recognize the excellence of the people that contribute to the creation of the business fabric, regardless of the position they hold within the company or other personal characteristics.

Neomobile can boast even 2 national winners:

Fabrizio Tripodi
, HR Director, in the HR Manager category where is rewarded the ability to give value and motivate resources, also through the implementation of particularly innovative internal communication pathways. Fabrizio has been awarded thanks to the modern technologies like peer-to-peer and skype he uses in his activities bringing competitive advantages in terms of time and costs.

Valentina Tranquilli, Italy Director in the middle management category where is rewarded the ability to coordinate and involve the staff to maximize the quality and to pursue the company success. Valentina introduced in the company the business support function to analyze revenues and to create report to monitor business and this let her defeat all the other finalists.

Our local winners are Paolo Puccini (winner in the “Foreign worker” category), Luigi Mastromonaco (winner in the “Italian abroad” category) and Mauro Cuomo Corporate Coach in Neomobile (winner in the “Freelance” category).

More than 400 candidates have been evaluated by a jury chaired by Tiziano Treu, current vice-president of the 11th Standing Committee (Labour, Social Security) who guaranteed the impartiality and and meritocracy of the prize.

The event will be broadcasted on Monday February 7th at 11.30 on Rai1 channel.
